As a young child Sebastien Noel, the author of “The Paleo Recipe Book”, was having subtle health trouble that would in turn become worse as he grew older. He recalled that when he first thought things weren’t right was he began to have severe migraines as a child.
As he got older his health did not get better so he started to spend a lot of time researching different ways to get himself feeling better. For a long time he felt most health trouble boils down to what you eat and how you live your life. He had to try a lot of different things to find out what would work for him, researching the nutrition of each thing he tried which took years to do.
