As a young child Sebastien Noel, the author of “The Paleo Recipe Book”, was having subtle health trouble that would in turn become worse as he grew older. He recalled that when he first thought things weren’t right was he began to have severe migraines as a child.

As he got older his health did not get better so he started to spend a lot of time researching different ways to get himself feeling better.
